Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on stock availability.

Currently, we deliver within Singapore only.
Items are non-returnable once opened. However, defective or wrongly delivered items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact our customer service with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the return/exchange process.
